The National Bread Institute issues the bakery a license for the manufacture of "high quality bread, regueifa, and all bakery products ".

The 70s
The name “Padaria S. Amaro” was changed to Paniprado - Panificadora de Prado;
The bakery began producing cakes, bread loaves, hamburger and hot dog buns.
